At the initiative of the Nantes-based collective Label Rue, of which Sébastien Bouchard is a member, this mural was created following a meeting and a photoshoot. Several residents of the brand-new Aurore residence in Nantes, dedicated to welcoming people in extreme poverty, refugees, and the homeless, agreed to participate in this session. The portrait of Mr. Diallo, the oldest resident and a respected figure in this community, was painted on the wall of the building’s space dedicated to a future third place.
